After an 18-month closure and £600,000 investment, we re-opened The Wildmoor Oak in Bromsgrove in May 2024.
Transforming this well-loved local into a great quality independent gastropub, is Bex and wife Sarah. Peter Jackson, who has a Michelin-starred restaurant background, leads the kitchen as Head Chef. With over 50 years of combined experience, you’re in safe hands.
Established in the area as a top place to go for quality food, they have risen through the ranks on Tripadvisor and recently won Best Pub in the West Midlands at The National Pub and Bar Awards.
Now a lovely country pub again, with a beautiful garden, perfect for drinking and dining. There is also a stretch tent covered terrace, which is bookable for outdoor dining. Inside, the smart new décor has a stylish, classic design incorporating leather button-back booth and banquette seating, William Morris-style wallpaper and renovated timber floors. There is a bar area for drinking and socialising, a spacious dining area and a cosy snug.
The menu features quality gastropub food, alongside seasonal specials – such as spring lamb, English asparagus and British artisan cheese. The pub caters for all occasions from light lunches to celebration dinners. Sunday roasts are popular, and we’re dog friendly in the bar and outside too.
On the bar there is a wide selection of premium beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks and barista coffee is served all day from 11am.
We can’t wait to welcome you soon.
